Previously, enrollment codes on sale calls had to be captured at the time of dispositioning. With the new Add / Edit functionality on the Call Details page, you can correct typos or add a code that was missed at the time of the call.
When to Use This
A sale was dispositioned correctly but the enrollment code wasn't entered.
A typo or wrong code was entered at disposition time and needs correcting.
The carrier confirmation came back with a different code than what was originally captured.
Steps β Adding a Code That's Missing
Open the call from Call Logs or the agent's Recent Calls.
On the Call Details page, look for the enrollment code section near the disposition badges.
If no code exists on a sale call, you'll see an Add button. Click it.
Enter the enrollment code.
Save.
Steps β Editing an Existing Code
Open the call from Call Logs.
On the Call Details page, find the enrollment code badge.
Click the Edit button shown next to the badge.
Update the code.
Save.
Permissions
Who can add or edit enrollment codes:
The agent who took the call.
Admins with the appropriate Call Details edit permission.
See How to Configure Dialer Permissions for permission details.
Common Pitfalls
Adding a code to a non-sale call. If the call dispo isn't a sale, the Add button may not appear. Change the dispo first via Editing a Call Disposition.
Editing during active commission reconciliation. Coordinate with finance.
Forgetting to update related records. The enrollment code on the call doesn't automatically rewrite carrier-side systems. Update your carrier portal too.
