Editing a Call Disposition in the Dialer

Admins can update the disposition of a call to reflect accurate outcomes and improve reporting.

Steps to Edit a Call Disposition

  1. Log In to the Dialer
    Access your dialer dashboard with your admin credentials.

  2. Navigate to Call Logs
    Click on Calls, then select Call Logs from the dropdown.

  3. Search by Date
    Choose the date the call took place.
    📌 If you’re unsure, select “All Calls” to expand your search.

  4. Filter by From Number
    In the filters panel, enter the caller’s number in the From Number field using this format: +1XXXXXXXXXX.

  5. Open Call Details
    Once the call appears in the list, scroll to the right and click the info icon (ℹ️) to view the full call details.

  6. Click Edit
    In the top-right corner of the details view, click Edit.

  7. Update the Disposition
    Choose the new disposition from the dropdown list and make any necessary updates.

  8. Save Changes
    Click Save to apply your updates.
