How to Unblock Leads

Admins can remove leads from their suppression lists (Do Not Call/DNC, Suppression, Blocked Leads) so they are no longer prevented from entering queues.

1. Log In to Your Admin Account

Login to your Dialer Homepage.


2. Go to Leads

  • From the Dialer menu, select Leads.

  • Use the Search Number field to locate the lead you want to unblock.


3. Open the Lead Record

  • Click on the lead from the search results.

  • The lead’s details page will open.


4. Remove from Suppression Lists

  • Scroll to the bottom of the lead’s profile.

  • Locate the suppression list the lead is on.

  • Remove the lead from any list(s) where they are currently assigned.


5. Save Changes

  • Confirm updates to the lead record.

  • Once saved, the lead will no longer be blocked and can re-enter queues.


📌 Removing leads from suppression lists should be done carefully to maintain compliance and avoid unwanted outreach. Only unblock leads when appropriate and authorized.
