How to Remove Users from the EnrollHere Dialer

When an agent or employee no longer needs access to the Dialer, you can easily remove them from the platform. Follow these steps to safely delete their account while maintaining proper system access control.

Updated over 2 months ago

1. Log in to the Dialer

Start by logging into your EnrollHere Dialer account using your admin credentials.

2. Navigate to the Platform Users Page

Go to Agency → Management → Platform Users.
This is the same section where you would normally add a new user.

3. Locate the User You Want to Remove

Scroll or use the search bar to find the agent or employee you wish to remove.
You can search by name, email address, or npn.

4. Open the User Information Panel

Click the ℹ️ (Info Icon) next to the user’s name to view their details.

This will display the user’s profile information, including their role, permissions, and licensing details.

5. Delete the User

In the lower-right corner of the user information panel, click Delete User.
A confirmation prompt will appear — confirm that you want to permanently remove the user.

⚠️ Important: Deleting a user immediately removes their access to the Dialer and cannot be undone.

6. Data Retention Policy

Even though a user is deleted, EnrollHere retains all associated data for compliance and record-keeping purposes.

  • All call recordings, notes, and historical data linked to the deleted user remain in the system.

  • Recordings are securely stored for 10 years, ensuring auditability and compliance with industry regulations.

  • Deleted users’ activity remains visible in reports and logs for historical accuracy.

Removing a user only disables their access — no business data or communication history is lost.

7. Re-Adding a Deleted User

If you need to bring a user back, you can re-add them at any time by sending a new invite through the Platform Users page.

  • Their previous data (e.g., call logs, recordings) will automatically remain tied to their email.

  • Make sure their email address matches the one previously used for continuity.

Re-adding a deleted user restores access while keeping their historical data intact.

9. Troubleshooting

  • If the Delete User button is grayed out, ensure you have Admin-level permissions.

  • If the user still appears active after deletion, refresh the page or log out and back in.

  • For any issues with locked or duplicate accounts, contact EnrollHere Support for assistance.
