Log into the Dialer
Access your account at https://app.enrollhere.com/login.Switch to Agency Profile View
Ensure you're viewing your agency’s profile to manage agent settings.Navigate to the Agent Dashboard
From the Dialer Dashboard, locate and select the agent currently on a call.Open Agent Details
Click on the agent’s name to open their live performance view.End the Call
Find the Status section and click the Hang Up Call option to remove the agent from the call.Close the Popup
Once the call is ended, close the popup to return to the dashboard.
