How to Change an Agent's Status in the Dialer

Follow these steps to update an agent’s status from the dashboard.

1. Log In to Your Account Access your EnrollHere account using your credentials. This guide will also cover suspending or reactivating an agent.

2. Switch to the Agency Profile View
Ensure you’re viewing your agency's profile to manage agent settings.

3. Open the Dialer
Navigate to and log into the Dialer.

4. Select the Agent
From the home dashboard, click on the name of the agent whose status you want to update.

5. Change the Agent's Status
A popup window will appear. Use the available options to change the agent’s status.

(⚠️ Note: You cannot set an agent’s status to “Available” from this view.)

Additionally, note that charges for an agent will continue to apply even during suspension.

6. Close the Popup
Once the update is complete, simply close the popup.


Success! The agent’s status has been updated.

Suspending or Reactivating an Agent

To manage the activation status of an agent in EnrollHere, follow these steps:

Suspending an Agent:

  1. Navigate to the dialer home page.

  2. Select the agent you want to suspend.

  3. Use the suspension toggle button linked to the agent to temporarily turn them off. (⚠️ Charges for the agent will continue to accrue during the suspension period.)

Reactivating an Agent:

  1. Go back to the agent’s profile on the home page.

  2. Toggle the same button used for suspension to reactivate the agent. Ensure you use the home page toggle buttons effectively to manage agent activation status.
