How to Invite Users to the EnrollHere Dialer

Add new users to the EnrollHere platform, including troubleshooting for spam-filtered invites, the 'Finish Setup' stuck screen, and NPN / email conflicts.

1. Log in to the Dialer

  • Start by logging into the EnrollHere platform.


2. Invite a New User

  • Navigate to Agency → Management → Platform Users.

  • Click Invite User for You in the upper-right corner.

  • Enter the user's email address (ensure there are no spaces).

  • This email will be the login credential.


3. Select User Type

Inviting an Agent

  • Select Agent as the user type.

  • Fill in the required information:

    • First Name, Last Name

    • NPN (National Producer Number)

    • Email (auto-filled)

    • Tags – Sales Agent / Screener Agent / optional team. Learn how to create and manage teams →

    • Skill – select all states where the agent is licensed.

      Pro Tip: Bulk State Entry
      Paste a list of state abbreviations separated by commas (e.g., AL, AR, GA, FL). When pasted, each state will automatically be checked off.

    • Permissions – use default permissions or customize access.

  • Click Invite to finalize.


Inviting an Employee(Admin)

Select Employee as the user type.

Enter the following information:

  • First Name, Last Name, Email (auto-filled)

  • (Optional) Has Access to Tags – control what the admin can view. Restrict access to specific teams by assigning them; admins will only see agents within their assigned team.

  • Permissions – defaults are typically sufficient but can be customized.

  • Click Invite to finish onboarding.


4. Tips & Troubleshooting

✅ Ensure email addresses are correctly formatted.
✅ Verify NPNs are accurate for agent roles.
✅ Admins can be added to multiple agencies; agents can only belong to one.
⚠️ The invited Agent/Employee must accept the dialer portion of the invite, or their account will remain stuck.


What to Do If the Invite Email Doesn't Arrive

This is the #1 reason new agents can't log in. Walk through these steps in order:

  1. Check the agent's spam / junk folder. The invite email is routinely filtered, especially by corporate inboxes.

  2. Whitelist the sender. Have the agent add [email protected] (or your configured sender) to their contacts. Future emails will skip the spam filter.

  3. Try direct login. Have the agent go to app.enrollhere.com/login and enter their email. A fresh magic link will send — no original invite link needed.

  4. Ask support to set a password manually. If steps 1–3 fail, contact support. We can set a password on the agent's account so they can log in without the magic link entirely. See How to Set a Password for a Staff Member.


What to Do If the Agent Is Stuck on "Finish Setup"

Some agents log in successfully but land on a Finish Setup screen and can't progress.

  1. Complete any missing required fields.

  2. Click Save.

  3. They should now bypass the Finish Setup screen.


Same Person Needs Admin AND Agent Access

An admin and agent account cannot be logged into the same browser profile simultaneously. If someone needs both, see Managing Admin and Agent Accounts.


5. Managing Roles & Account Changes

  • Dual Roles: If someone needs both an agent and admin account with the same email, use a "+admin" variation. Example: [email protected][email protected]

  • Role Change: To convert an existing agent account to admin, contact support for an upgrade.


6. Adding Admins with Multiple Agency Access

When admins have access to multiple agencies:

  • Ensure they are logged into the correct agency first.

  • Complete the Invite User steps as usual.
