Steps
In the Dialer, click on the Customer Support status — it’s the one with the headset icon, located to the right of the Paused status.
Once in that status, make a test call to verify your connection and audio quality.
While on the test call, open your Audio Settings. You’ll find them next to the Dial Pad on the left side of the screen.
Confirm the following settings are correct:
Microphone
Headset / Speaker
Check that your Audio Input, Audio Output, Volume, and Ringtone levels are properly configured.
After verifying these settings, try another quick test call to confirm everything sounds clear.
📌 Tip: If your audio isn’t working correctly, restart your browser and reselect your input/output devices in the Dialer settings.
