Joining a Campaign and Starting Outbound Calls

Learn how to join an outbound campaign, set your status, and start calling or skipping leads from your assigned list in the Dialer.

Join the Campaign

  1. Log in as an Agent

  2. Access the Dialer

    • Click your Dialer Status at the top.

    • Choose Outbound.

    Note: “Outbound” only appears if the agent is assigned to an active campaign.

  3. Set Your Campaign

    • Click Set Campaign.

    • Search for and select the campaign name.

  4. Start Calling

    • The system will present leads from the assigned list.

    • You can either:

      • Click the phone icon to call, or

      • Click the forward icon to skip the lead.

        • When skipping, you can also set a delay for when that lead becomes callable again.

Pro Tip:

  • Skipped leads are not lost—they stay in the queue and reappear later based on the skip delay.
