Join the Campaign
Log in as an Agent
Access the Dialer
Click your Dialer Status at the top.
Choose Outbound.
Note: "Outbound" only appears if you are assigned to an active campaign that has a number pool attached. If you don't see it, contact your admin.
Set Your Campaign
Click Set Campaign.
Search for and select the campaign name.
Start Calling
The system will present leads from the assigned list.
You can either:
Click the phone icon to call, or
Click the forward icon to skip the lead.
When skipping, you can also set a delay for when that lead becomes callable again.
About Your Caller ID
The phone number shown to the prospect is selected automatically from your agency's number pool and rotates from call to call. This is normal and is what allows the system to maximize answer rates. If a prospect calls back, the call routes to your team regardless of which number they redial.
Pro Tip:
Skipped leads are not lost — they stay in the queue and reappear later based on the skip delay.
If "Outbound" is missing from your Dialer Status options, your admin either hasn't assigned you to the campaign or hasn't attached a number pool yet. Ping your admin before retrying.
