The Auto Dial Monitor is the live outbound dashboard for an Auto-Dial campaign. It shows agent states, the call pipeline, recent performance including abandon rate, and tables of active and recent calls. It refreshes about every 5 seconds.
Opening the Monitor
Go to Call Routing → Campaigns. On an Auto-Dial campaign row, click the Auto Dial Monitor action (robot icon). The page title reads "Auto Dial Monitor" and a footer indicator confirms the 5-second auto-refresh.
⚠️ Note: The monitor is available to admin and employee users on Auto-Dial campaigns.
Agent Metrics
Live counts of your agents by state: Ready, Available, On Call, and Followup.
Call Pipeline
Live counts of calls moving through the dialer: Active Lines, Ringing, Detecting, Bridging, and Connected.
Recent Metrics
A time-range selector controls the window (default is the last few hours) and re-queries the data.
Initiated Calls, Human Answered, Abandoned, and Avg Wait.
Abandon Rate, color-coded: green below 3%, amber from 3% to 5%, red at 5% or higher.
When adaptive pacing is on, an Adaptive Pacing card shows the current state (ramping, holding, dampening, or forced 1:1), the reason, the control-window abandon percentage, and the 30-day rolling rate. For how pacing and the safe harbor work, see the Adaptive Pacing and the Abandon-Rate Safe Harbor article.
Active Calls
When calls are in flight, a table lists each one with: State (Ringing, Bridging, or Connected), Lead, Agent, From, To, Started, AMD Result, AMD Time, Lead Wait, Agent Wait, Abandoned, Connected, Duration, and Call ID with a copy button and a View Call Log button.
Recent Calls
The same columns as Active Calls, for completed calls, capped at 50 rows. When there is no data, it shows "No data available for this campaign."
