Appointment Scheduling

Whether you’re planning ahead or wrapping up a call, the dialer makes it easy to schedule follow-up appointments in just a few clicks.

Appointments can be set from the Appointments Tab or on the fly during a call using the “Schedule a Callback” feature.

Option 1: Schedule from the Appointments Tab

1. Open the Appointments Menu

On the left-hand sidebar, click on Appointments.

2. Go to "Schedule a Call"

You'll see two tabs:

  • My Appointments – shows your upcoming scheduled calls

  • Schedule a Call – where you can book new appointments

Click on Schedule a Call.

3. Search for a Lead

Use the search bar to find a lead by typing their name or phone number.

4. Select and Schedule

Once the lead appears:

  • Click the Select Action button

  • Choose a date and time

  • Add any notes (optional)

  • Click Schedule

Your scheduled call will now appear under My Appointments.

Option 2: Schedule During a Call

1. Click “Schedule a Callback”

While on a call with a lead, click the Schedule a Callback button.

📌 the "Schedule a Call Back" will still be there if the call is ended before the agent was able to schedule it.

2. Fill Out the Appointment Form

A pop-up will appear:

  • The lead’s information will be automatically prefilled

  • Choose a date and time for the callback

  • Add any notes if needed

3. Save the Appointment

Click Schedule to confirm.

The appointment will be saved and displayed in your My Appointments tab.

How Are Agents Notified?

When an appointment is coming up:

  • If the agent is logged in, they’ll receive a pop-up alert 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

  • Once the appointment starts, they’ll get another alert with the option to call the lead directly.

Appointment Confirmation Emails

Whenever an appointment is booked, an email is automatically sent to the agent who booked it, containing all relevant appointment details.

  • Emails are sent from: Enrollhere Appointments*

  • This ensures you have a confirmation and record of every scheduled call.
