Product Disposition: Recording What You Sold on a Sale

How agents record the products they sold during call wrap-up using the Product Details modal, plus how Sunfire enrollments and later edits work.

Product Disposition is how an agent records what they sold when wrapping up a call. You pick a sale disposition, complete the Product Details modal when required, and save. Those details become policy records linked to the call.

When Product Entry Is Required

The Product Details modal opens before a sale disposition can save when all of these are true:

  • Your agency has required product entry turned on.

  • You pick a sale disposition.

  • Your agency has the relevant products configured.

  • The disposition expects one or more product slots (a single policy, a double sale, or a product-specific sale).

When product entry is not required, sale dispositions save without the modal, and the older Enter enrollment code path is still available.

Wrap-Up Screen Actions

  • Save and go Available: saves the disposition and products and returns you to Available. Disabled until a result is selected and required products are complete.

  • Save and go to Pause: saves, then asks for a pause reason.

  • Next Lead / Save & Preview Next: saves and opens the next lead in preview dialing.

  • Close and go to next call: used when multiple call tabs are open.

  • Enter enrollment code: the legacy path, for sales when products are not required.

  • Schedule a Call Back: opens the appointment modal, with permission.

  • Call Back Lead: redials the lead.

  • Block / Unblock from calling back: controls inbound direct-to-agent callback behavior.

The Product Details Modal

The modal has two panels. The left panel lists the policy slots for the disposition. The right panel is the form for the slot you are editing.

Each left slot shows a status: Not started, N fields missing, Complete, Already submitted, Must edit, Editing, or Failed, retry.

If the disposition allows it, + Add policy creates another slot, and Saved Drafts lets you resume an in-progress draft. Two extra groups, Non-Applicable Submitted and Submitted Today (Other Call), hold policies that do not fit the required sale slots.

Choosing Product Category and Sub-Type

On the right side, pick the Product Category, then the Sub-Type. Only products your agency has enabled appear. Some sale dispositions lock the category or sub-type; a lock badge means you cannot change it.

Form Sections

  • Lead Information: name, phone, email, date of birth, address, Medicaid/LIS, and POA.

  • Carrier & Plan: carrier, plan name, effective date, policy number, confirmation number, enrollment code, plan year, H-Code, policy type, SNP, and enrollment platform.

  • Medicare Information: Medicare Number (MBI), Part A and B effective dates, Medicaid coverage, Medicare Supplement plan letter, and PDP fields.

  • Financial Information: monthly and annual premium, premium mode, payment mode or method, payment confirmation, and face value for life or ancillary products.

  • Enrollment Details: issue age, signature type and date, SEP reason, HRA, and beneficiaries.

  • Important Dates: submitted, approved, terminated, cancelled, and declined dates.

  • Status & Workflow: policy status (defaults to Submitted), acquisition type, and a status note.

  • Additional Information: your agency's custom fields.

Required fields show a red asterisk. Carrier and the lead name and phone are always required; admins can require other fields per product. The left rail shows how many fields are missing per slot. Save stays disabled until each required slot is complete, and you cannot submit while a slot is mid-edit.

Completing and Submitting

The footer button matches how you are finishing the call: Save & Go Available, Save & Pause, Save & Next Call, Save & Preview Next, or Save and close when editing after the call. A progress line shows how many required policies are complete. On submit, the policies are created and attached to the call. Cancel closes the modal but keeps your in-progress work so you can reopen it.

Which Products Each Sale Disposition Asks For

  • Application Submitted: one free-choice policy; add more when allowed.

  • Application Submitted Double Sale: two policies of any type.

  • Triple Sale: three Medicare Advantage policies.

  • PDP Sale, HIP Sale, MAPD Sale, MedSupp Sale, Life Sale, Ancillary Sale: one policy locked to that product type.

  • App Submitted + Ancillary and App Submitted + MedSupp: one free policy plus the named add-on.

  • Ancillary Double, Final Expense Double, FE Double + Ancillary, Double Sale + Ancillary, Double Sale + Ancillary Double: pre-set combination-sale slots.

Sunfire Enrollments

If you enroll in Sunfire during a call, Sunfire creates a policy and links it to the call, so it appears in Product Details as an already-submitted slot. If that policy is missing a field your agency now requires, the slot changes to Must edit. Open Edit policy, fill the required field, and finish the disposition.

Fixing a Sale After the Call

To correct a sale later, open the call in Call Logs and click Edit on the result badge. Sale results reopen the same Product Details modal, but the finish option becomes Save and close, then Update. Editing is generally limited to about an hour after submission and only for the writing agent or a participant. The lead phone, and for normal submitted policies the category and sub-type, are locked.
