Managing Dispo Statuses

Create, edit, and assign dispo statuses for queues and campaigns. Includes troubleshooting for when agents aren't seeing newly added dispositions.

1. Log in to the Dialer

Start by logging into the EnrollHere Dialer platform.

2. Create or Edit a Dispo Status

  • Navigate to Call Routing → Dispo Status.

  • You'll see a default dispo created during onboarding.

    • Edit it to adjust the preset dispositions, or

    • Click Add Dispo Status in the upper-right corner to create a new one.

  • Name your Dispos Status

  • Add, remove, or customize dispositions as needed.

📌 For custom dispositions (like Ancillary Sale or Block Caller), see Adding a Custom Disposition.

3. Assign a Dispo Status to a Queue

  • Go to Call Routing → Queues.

  • Select the queue you'd like to update.

  • Scroll down to Dispo Status Settings.

  • Choose the dispo you'd like from the dropdown menu.

  • Save your Queue at the bottom of the page

4. Assign a Dispo Status to a Campaign

  • Go to Call Routing → Campaigns.

  • Select the campaign you'd like to update.

  • Scroll down to Dispo Status Settings.

  • Choose the dispo you'd like from the dropdown menu.

  • Save your Campaign at the bottom of the page

Troubleshooting: Agents Don't See the New Dispo

If you added a new disposition (custom or standard) but agents still don't see it, work through these checks in order:

  1. Is the dispo enabled in the Dispo Status set?
Creating a custom dispo doesn't auto-enable it. Go to Call Routing → Dispo Status, edit the relevant set, scroll to the bottom, find the new dispo, and toggle it on. Save.

  2. Is the correct Dispo Status set assigned to the queue or campaign?
The dispo set used during a call is determined by the queue (for inbound) or campaign (for outbound), not by the agent. Open the queue/campaign, scroll to Dispo Status Settings, and confirm the right set is selected.

  3. Has the agent refreshed?
Ask the agent to perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 / Cmd + Shift + R). Cached dispo lists are the most common cause of "missing" dispositions after a change.

  4. Was the dispo deleted in error?
Deleted custom dispos cannot be restored — historical reporting remains, but the dispo can't be re-enabled. You'd need to create a new custom dispo with the same name and mapping.

Tips & Troubleshooting

✅ Agencies start with a default dispo but you can freely customize it.
✅ Each queue and campaign can use a different dispo configuration.
⚠️ If agents can't see the correct dispo options, confirm the right dispo set is assigned in the queue/campaign settings AND that the dispo is toggled on within that set.
