When you have both an Admin account and an Agent account, your Admin account email will typically look like this: [email protected]
To properly access and manage both accounts, follow these steps:
1. Use Separate Browsers or Profiles
You cannot be logged into both accounts within the same browser session.
Option 1: Use two different browsers (e.g., Chrome and Firefox).
Option 2: Use separate profiles within the same browser.
2. Recommended Setup (Chrome Profiles)
For the best experience, create two separate Chrome profiles:
Profile 1: For your Agent account
Profile 2: For your Admin account
Each profile will store its own logins, bookmarks, and browsing history, making it easy to switch between accounts.
3. Important Limitation
You cannot be logged into your Admin and Agent accounts simultaneously in the same browser profile.
Always make sure you are switching profiles (or browsers) when accessing the second account.
Tip: Color-code or rename your browser profiles so it’s always clear which account you are in.
