Steps to Access and Download Call Recordings
Log In to the Dialer
Sign in to your dialer dashboard using your credentials.Go to Call Logs
From the navigation menu, click Calls → Call Logs.Search by Date
Select the date the call occurred.📌 If you’re unsure, choose All Calls to view the full list.
Filter by Caller Number
In the filters panel, go to "Lead Number" and enter the caller’s number.Open Call Details
Locate the call in the results list, then click the info icon (ℹ️) on the far right.Listen or Download
On the call details screen, you can:Play the recording directly, or
Download it for your records.
Important Note:
Call recordings are stored for 10 years. Even if an agent is deactivated, you will still be able to search for and access their call recordings using the same process.
📌 Tip: Use call recordings to review agent performance, resolve disputes, or ensure compliance with communication standards.
