Auto Cleanup automatically removes leads from a list after a set number of days. You can also run the cleanup on demand instead of waiting for the nightly job.

Open the lead list settings (Create/Edit Lead List).

Find the Auto Cleanup card: "Automatically remove leads from this list after a configured number of days."

Enable Auto Cleanup to reveal the fields below.

Set Remove Based On (the basis for counting age) and Remove After (Days), minimum 1.

The Run Cleanup Now button runs the purge on demand instead of waiting for the nightly job. It previews how many leads will be removed, based on the configured cleanup age, and asks you to confirm before purging. A list that just enabled cleanup does not have to wait up to 24 hours.

Deleting a lead list soft-deletes (archives) it after a confirmation. A list that is still assigned to a campaign cannot be deleted until it is unassigned.
