Troubleshooting Tip: Perform a Hard Refresh

Seeing glitches or missing features? Do a hard refresh to clear cache and load the latest version—it fixes most display issues fast.

Updated over a month ago

If you're experiencing issues such as:

  • Pages not loading correctly

  • New features not appearing

  • Visual glitches after updates

You may be viewing a cached version of the site. A hard refresh forces your browser to clear its cache for the current page and load the latest version—including new scripts, styles, and features.

Simply clicking the browser’s refresh icon is not enough. Follow the steps below based on your browser and device.

How to Perform a Hard Refresh

Google Chrome

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5

  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

Firefox

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5

  • Mac: Press Cmd + Shift + R

Safari (Mac)

  • Empty the cache: Press Option + Cmd + E

  • Then refresh the page: Press Cmd + R or click the refresh icon

Microsoft Edge / Internet Explorer

  • Windows: Press Ctrl + F5

📌 Performing a hard refresh is a quick first step when something looks broken, out-of-date, or isn’t functioning as expected.
