Step-by-step guide to setting up an EnrollHere Target in Retreaver

Step 1: Name the Target

• Enter the target name in the Name field.


Step 2: Configure the SIP Endpoint

• In the Number field, enter: "sip:"

• After entering sip:, two new fields and a toggle (“Add SIP Header”) will appear: SIP Username and SIP Password.

• Enter the case-sensitive SIP Endpoint exactly as provided.

Important: SIP endpoints are not fully lowercase. Double-check capitalization carefully.


Step 3: Set Business Hours and Caps

• Leave Business Hours open unless instructed otherwise.

Note: Concurrency Cap (CC), Geographic Restrictions (Geo), and Hours of Operation (HOO) are controlled via the ping.

• If availability is detected, calls will be sent automatically.


Step 4: Configure Conversion Criteria

• Set up the conversion criteria as provided:

Conversion Type: Timer

Seconds: As specified by EnrollHere

Revenue: As specified by EnrollHere


Step 5: Create the Buyer Profile

• Click Create Call Buyer.


Step 6.1: Configure the Ping Request Using Webhook Configurator

• Scroll to the bottom of the Buyer Profile and click "+ Add Webhook".

• Click the hyperlink “Try out our new "WEBHOOK CONFIGURATOR”.

• In the Webhook Integration Templates field, select the template:

“EnrollHere – Agent Availability Template”.

• Enter the Retreaver Buyer Profile ID and Queue ID as provided by EnrollHere.

Example:

The Queue ID is TgvYGzGF0F5yA5JBrxYm.

• Click Submit Form and Copy Webhook.

6.2 Finalize Webhook Settings

• Return to the Buyer Profile > Webhooks.

• Change the Webhook Trigger to Pass-through Ping.

• Name the webhook following this convention:

EnrollHere [System Buyer ID], e.g., EnrollHere 105706.

• Paste the webhook URL into the URL field.

• After ?phone=[nanp_caller_number], add the following parameters:

%26state=[caller_state]%26zip=[caller_zip]

• Click Create Webhook.


Step 7: Edit the Call Buyer Profile

• Click Edit on the Buyer Profile.

• Scroll to the Tags section and open the Tag Wizard.

• Navigate to the Numeric tab.

• In the Key field, enter:

[output_tag_prefix]_count

(e.g., enrollhere_105706_count)

• In the Operator field, select Greater than.

• In the Value field, enter 0.

• Click Done to save.


Step 8: Update Call Buyer

• Click Update Call Buyer
