1. Access Staff Management
Log in to your EnrollHere account.
Navigate to Management → Invite Staff.
2. Open the Staff Member’s Profile
Locate the staff member you want to update.
Click the key icon next to their name to open their profile.
3. Set a Password
Scroll down to the Set Password section.
Enter the new password on their behalf.
Click Save to apply the changes.
The user can now log in using their password in addition to (or instead of) the magic link.
📌 Note: EnrollHere primarily uses secure magic link authentication. If you set a password manually, you’ll be responsible for updating it later if the user requests a change.
