How to Set a Password for a Staff Member

Set or update a users password for login when magic link authentication isn’t sufficient.

1. Access Staff Management

  • Log in to your EnrollHere account.

  • Navigate to Management → Invite Staff.

2. Open the Staff Member’s Profile

  • Locate the staff member you want to update.

  • Click the key icon next to their name to open their profile.

3. Set a Password

  • Scroll down to the Set Password section.

  • Enter the new password on their behalf.

  • Click Save to apply the changes.

The user can now log in using their password in addition to (or instead of) the magic link.


📌 Note: EnrollHere primarily uses secure magic link authentication. If you set a password manually, you’ll be responsible for updating it later if the user requests a change.
