Steps to Access and Download Call Recordings
1. Log into the Dialer
Access your account at https://app.enrollhere.com/login.
2. Navigate to the Call Log
From the Dialer Dashboard, go to Calls and select Call Log.
3. Locate the Call
Scroll to the Action column.
4. Open Call Details
Click the information icon next to the call you want to review.
5. Listen or Download
On the call details screen, you can play the recording or download it for your records.
Important Note:
Call recordings are stored for 10 years. Even if an agent is deactivated, you will still be able to search for and access their call recordings using the same process.
