Claiming a Number in the EnrollHere Dialer

This guide walks through the steps for an agent to claim a number, including how to choose an area code, how to change a number later, and the new 25-number purchase limit.

Steps to Claim a Number

1. Open the EnrollHere Dialer

Log in to your account at: https://app.enrollhere.com/login

2. Navigate to Agent Settings

Access the settings tab from the main Dialer interface.

3. Scroll to the Bottom of the Page

Locate the number claiming section.

4. Claim Your EnrollHere Dialer Number

This is the number consumers will use to call you back. You have multiple options. A claimed number allows customers to easily reach you, fostering seamless communication and improving customer support outcomes.

  • Local Number: Search by area code (e.g., 312) to claim a number from a specific city.

  • State-Based Number: Search by state in the drop-down to claim a number associated with that state.

  • Toll-Free Number: Search using a prefix like 888 to claim a toll-free number.

5. Click "Claim Number"

The number will be assigned to your profile and become active for outbound calls.

Which Area Code Should I Claim?

  • For outbound dialing: Pick a local area code matching the state you most often call into. Local area codes typically get higher pickup rates than toll-free.

  • For inbound or callback handling: A toll-free number (888, 877, 866) works well β€” callers from across the US won't be charged.

  • If you primarily work one state: Claim a state-based number for that state.

Optimizing Your Callback Functionality

  • Verify Customer Support (CS) Mode: Double-check that your account is set to Customer Support mode for proper callback configuration.

  • Test the Callback Feature: Call your claimed number to ensure it works as intended.

  • Configure Connection Settings: Adjust the duration in the 'Seconds to try to connect to EnrollHere dialer' setting to avoid routing issues. If you experience issues like calls going directly to voicemail, ensure your account is configured in Customer Support (CS) mode.
